Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Shipping

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and cannot be combined with expedited shipping. Free shipping is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes. If a return brings your order total below $75, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days after processing
  • Orders under $75: shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Orders of $75 or more: free

Expedited Shipping

  • 2-3 business day delivery available at checkout for an additional cost
  • Expedited rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST ship the next business day
  • Delivery timeframes begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed
  • Free shipping promotions do not apply to expedited shipping

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. This confirmation means we have received your order — it does not mean your order has shipped
  • A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships
  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events, product launches), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We will communicate any expected delays on our website

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Please note the following before placing an international order:

Rates and Delivery

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions
  • Estimated delivery: 10-21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing
  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping or expedited shipping at this time

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order
  • Refused packages due to unpaid customs charges will be treated as a return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred. The original shipping cost will not be refunded, and a restocking fee may apply

International Tracking

  • All international orders are shipped with tracking
  • Tracking detail and accuracy may vary by destination country once the package leaves the United States. Some countries' postal systems provide limited tracking updates
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, or any events outside our control

Signature Confirmation

For your protection, orders totaling $100 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery. This means:

  • The carrier will require a signature from someone at the delivery address before releasing the package
  • If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup
  • We cannot waive the signature requirement on orders over $100
  • Claims of non-delivery on orders over $100 that do not have signature confirmation may not be eligible for a refund or replacement

Tracking Your Order

All orders ship with tracking. You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please email us at info@ombosprime.com with your order number.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

  • If tracking shows no updates for 7 or more business days, your package may be lost in transit. Email us at info@ombosprime.com with your order number and we will file a carrier investigation
  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a full refund or free replacement at your choice

Packages Marked "Delivered" But Not Received

  • Please first check with neighbors, your building's mail room, front porch, garage, back door, and any other safe delivery locations around your property
  • Allow 48 hours after the "delivered" status before contacting us, as carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered before the final delivery attempt
  • If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, email us at info@ombosprime.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue
  • Claims submitted after 7 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for resolution
  • For orders under $100 shipped without signature confirmation, we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before discarding anything
  • Email us at info@ombosprime.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
  • We will file a carrier claim and offer a full refund or free replacement at your choice

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error, email us at info@ombosprime.com immediately. We can only update the address if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process
  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or insufficient address information will be treated as a standard return. The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete apartment numbers, suite numbers, or other missing address details

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited orders. Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available for domestic orders only
  • We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. Orders shipped to known freight forwarding addresses may be cancelled and refunded
  • Some international destinations may have restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders shipping to addresses flagged by our fraud detection systems

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • If you need to modify your order (change shipping address, add or remove items, change shipping method), email us at info@ombosprime.com as soon as possible
  • We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet entered the fulfillment process
  • Once an order has been handed off to fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. You will need to follow our Return Policy

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery windows listed above, all shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Severe weather events or natural disasters
  • High-volume shipping periods (holidays, major sales events)
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Customs processing delays (international orders)
  • Any other circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for any damages, costs, or inconvenience caused by shipping delays. If a significant delay affects your order, we will notify you by email with updated delivery estimates when available.


Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During peak shopping periods (including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other major holidays):

  • Processing times may extend to 3-4 business days
  • Carrier delivery times may be longer than standard estimates
  • We strongly recommend placing orders early and selecting expedited shipping if you need delivery by a specific date
  • We will post holiday shipping deadlines on our website when available
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays during peak seasons
